the room i had was quite disappointing. the bathroom was small (i could barely turn around in there) and the lounge bar seemed perpetually unattended. i think reception staff also handle the bar (not ideal for a relaxing evening).

The location was acceptable. It was close to attractions.

The room was not good. It had a tiny window near the floor, so it seemed like a room without one. Artificial light was necessary all day, and the smell was musty, clearly coming from the bathroom. i found this VERY unpleasant.

i stayed in a very central location. it was very close to shopping. the breakfast was amazing!!! i really enjoyed the delicious food and variety. the staff were cute and helpful, which i appreciated. i found the room very comfortable.

the elevators were a bit slow. it was not a major issue, but noticeable.

I really liked the central location. It made exploring super easy. the breakfast had lots of options and it was quite filling. the staff was friendly and very helpful. I could store my luggage before check-in and after i checked out! i used this service and it was very convenient.
